- Course objectives
- The subject is a continuation of Didactics 3. Students deal with theoretical issues associated with teaching a foreign language, such as theory of language acquisition, teaching methods and evaluation and assessment. Students continue in creating and collecting materials for their student teacher portfolios.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will:
- understand the theory of language acquisition and will be able to apply their knowledge in their own teaching practice
- learn about different teaching methods, will understand how teaching languages developed. They will be able to choose those techniques for their teaching that are still useful and effective
- learn and understand the main principles of modern assessment and evaluation
- discuss and share the experience with using modern technologies and will learn about the basic principles of their usage
will learn about special learning differences and will share experience from their own teachin practice - Syllabus
