- Course objectives
- Annotation:
The subject is oriented on deepening of knowledge and skills necessary for teacher´s activity in educational environment of secondary school. Emphasis is placed on the logical interconnection of pedagogical-psychological disciplines with the content of professional subjects (operation of trade and services, construction technology, technology of electrical equipment, engineering technology, health science, transport, etc.), including the subject of professional training. For these reasons, the lessons are focused on increasing their competence according to the specialization of individual students. Students practice trade union practice by deepening their specialization in real practice.
Knowledge: Comprehensive overview of knowledge on the topic of linking pedagogical-psychological disciplines with professional topics of vocational subjects, including the subject of vocational training. Skills: Students are able to orientate themselves in the selection of courses. They are able to search for current activities for their further self-education in connection with a specific professional subject, field. Attitudes: Acquire the values of self-education. To deepen the values of ethical behavior and responsibility towards oneself and others. Deepen values to a healthy lifestyle. To deepen the responsibility in the area of careful preparation of the teacher for the teaching unit. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
• - Search and orientate in specific documents of secondary schools necessary for the preparation of the thematic plan and subsequently for the elaboration of the content and methodical preparation of the teacher for a specific vocational subject, including vocational training. • - Analyze your field knowledge and skills. In line with the development of its field of education, purposefully deepen its expertise. - Syllabus

- I. Introductory exercise - preparation of professional practice 1. 1. Introduction to the operation of secondary schools. Documents of secondary schools, framework education program, school education program, thematic plan - in general and in the context of the student's education field. 2. Material equipment for teaching a specific professional subject. 3. Teaching methods for specific teaching of the topic. 4. Safety and hygiene of work in connection with teaching at secondary schools. 5. Ethical behavior of a teacher. The communication appearance of the teacher. Teacher's clothing.
- Performance and evaluation of professional practice1. 1. Preparation of materials for the performance of professional practice 1., 2. Choice of the method of the professional practice graduation. 3. The student keeps a practice diary about the course of practice and elaborates a portfolio task based on it.
