Prerequisites
Interest in project work. Language skills at least at level B2 according to the CEFR for languages.

Course objectives
In this course, students acquire basic knowledge about different forms of project-oriented teaching in the context of German for the profession as well as about processes and principles of project teaching and try to apply these in the conception of their own project. The learners will also get acquainted with the expectations of selected Brno companies regarding the language equipment of their employees.
Learning outcomes
The students are able to
- implement the theoretical project-oriented teaching approach in the classroom.
- understand the particularities of professional language teaching.

Assessment methods
Development of a teaching project, feedback on another project.
Náhradní absolvování
Students on mobility abroad are advised not to enrol in this course as active participation is a prerequisite for positive completion. Possible recognition of the course (for a course at the host university) should be discussed with the lecturer before the start of the semester.
