- Prerequisites
- The course is intended for both those interested in the Russian language from the whole university and for Russian language majors. The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced students interested in the Russian language. Knowledge of Cyrillic is required to take the course.

- The aim of the course is to practice and consolidate knowledge of selected Russian phenomena through an interactive curriculum. The content of the course is therefore an appropriate complement to the content of the compulsory courses, which are connected with the teaching of practical language.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: - successfully apply the grammatical phenomena they have learned in oral and written expression; - use a wider vocabulary; - use similar exercises for their own teaching practice (in the case of Russian Language Teaching students).

- The interactive course curriculum contains a set of varied teaching materials for practising and checking the acquisition of vocabulary and phonetic, morphological and syntactic phenomena in Russian, within the topics recommended for level A1.

- Teaching methods
- Students work independently on a variety of exercises. Every 2 weeks there are optional online tutorials according to the schedule in groups in MS Teams, to which students will be automatically added.
- Assessment methods
- Online test at the end of the semester (installation of a Russian keyboard is recommended). The test problems are based on the phenomena covered in the interactive syllabus.

- For beginning students, knowledge of Cyrillic is required and can be acquired by taking RJ1060 Introductory Russian (this course is taught in a block during 1 week in September before the semester begins). The Russian Online course provides an opportunity to practice selected RJ linguistic phenomena that are taught in other RJ courses.
