Course objectives
The aim of the training is to acquaint students with the main methodological provisions and means of self-knowledge and professional self-development, to master practical skills of self-analysis and self-observation and the principles of health systems of the human body, as well as awareness of the correlation between the body and the psyche of an individual.
Learning outcomes
Mastering the subject involves the acquisition of the following competencies: ability to personal and professional self-improvement, self-study and self-development and to work in a team in the process of professional activity; сarrying out self-analysis in interaction and self-correction, removal of barriers that prevent real and effective actions in the process of professional activity; becoming aware of protective mechanisms and stereotypical reactions in various social situations; using relaxation and self-regulation in the life.
Syllabus
  • Self-awareness of an individual and its protective mechanisms; сomponents of professional and personal growth; іnterpersonal perception as a means of self-knowledge and self-development; the relationship between body and psyche; development of sensitivity. Self-analysis and self-support; means of self-improvement; awareness of the need for self-improvement during professional activity.

Yevhenii Klopota - Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Professor of Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Educational activity, Zaporizhzhia National University, Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. Now I am working in the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University in the Department of Special and Inclusive pedagogy. A professional psychologist, teacher and social activist. Established his own academic school, where doctoral students are engaged in scientific research on inclusive educational space. I started to put inclusive processes into practice in education and professional life in 1994. Also is the author and program manager of courses of advanced training for pedagogical workers: "Psychological and pedagogical support of children and youth with special needs in an inclusive educational space” and "Training of self-knowledge and professional self-development".
