Course objectives
The course aims is to systematically guide students in the preparation of their diploma thesis, to help them orient themselves in the problem, to deepen their ability to work with professional literature, to create literature research, to learn the basic methods of scientific work in the chosen field, to become familiar with the principles of ethics of scientific and publishing activities and the correct presentation of the results of their own professional work.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: -find relevant professional literature sources; -complete a literature search; -use learned methods of scientific work to obtain data; -process and analyse the data obtained; -write a comprehensive scientific text and present the results of their work in an appropriate manner
Syllabus
  • 1. Literary research and study of recommended literature. 2. Determination of the objectives of the thesis. 3. Selection of methods of elaboration. 4. Testing of methods. 5. Pilot study. 6. Obtaining and processing of results. 7. Discussion of results. 8. Formulation of conclusions and recommendations.

Assessment methods
A condition for the award of credit is the submission of the final version of the thesis.
