Předpoklady a souvislosti: Předmět vychází z Psychologie osobnosti, Psychodiagnostiky, Psychopatologie a Klinické psychologie, je velmi těsně spjat s Forenzní psychologií.

Course objectives

The presumptions and connections: This subject is going out from the psychology of the personality, psychodiagnostics, psychopathology and clinical psychology, is connecting very tight with the judicial psychology. Its orientation is the psychological diagnostics of delinquent individuals. It is determined for the students with focusing on clinical psychology. The first half of term is composed of introduction to the problems in the psychodiagnostics in the judicial psychology on the common level, in the second half are very important the results of using concrete diagnostic methods in different researches. The performance: This course is ending with the credit and the colloquium. The presumption for the colloquium is reading and presentation one expert book on the exercise (look for register of the recommend literature). The objective: Acquaint the students with the psychodiagnostics of delinquents at first on common level, at second also with the results of concrete researches.

• 1.Psychologická diagnostika v oblasti forenzní psychologie - uvedení do problematiky 2.Výzkumné metody ve forenzní psychologii -Pozorování -Experiment -Explorační metody (rozhovor a dotazník) -Psychologická analýza produktů činnosti 3.Speciální psychologické postupy ve forenzní psychologii -Polygraf (fyziodetekce) -Psychologické profilování neznámého pachatele -Psychologický rozbor ručního písma (grafologie) -Forenzní analýza obsahu textů -Vyšetřovací hypnóza -Kognitivní interview -(Psychotronika) 4.Typologie osobnosti pachatelů trestných činů -Socializovaný (normální) typ -Neurotický typ -Psychopatický typ -Mentálně nedostačivý typ -Psychotický typ 5.Výsledky výzkumů s následujícími diagnostickými metodami u delikventních jedinců: -Dotazník pro zjišťování způsobu výchovy v rodině (J. Čáp, B. Rotterová) -Inventář agrese Busse a Durkeeové (B - D - I) -Test kresby lidské postavy (K. Machoverová) -Test stromu (Ch. Koch) Náplň práce v jednotlivých seminářích: Reference jednotlivých studentů o prostudované odborné literatuře z oblasti forenzní psychologie dle vlastního výběru.
