Cílem předmětu je seznámit posluchače s hlavními proudy a tendencemi v portugalské literatuře od počátku port. písemnictví do období renesance. Semináře jsou zaměřeny na podrobnou analýzu vybraných textů v portugalštině. Důraz je kladen na vlastní četbu studentů.

Zápočet - písemný test, písemná práce, seznam četby. Přednášky i semináře jsou nepovinné a probíhají v češtině.
