Course objectives
Course Goals: Become knowledgeable about systems nature of family functioning, become familiar with models of family functioning. Students should be sensitive to the variability of family functioning and able to interpret data within specific context (cultural, ethnic, socioeconomic, spiritual etc.). Be introduced to family assessment and diagnostics (both clinical and test methods). Learn to perceive family assessment as a prerequisite of effective family therapy and family counselling. Become aware of methodological aspects of family studies; examples of family and parenthood researches.

  • Tématické okruhy: 1. Předmět psychologie rodiny, cíle, úkoly, perspektivy a aplikační oblasti 2. Systémový přístup k rodině 3. Vybrané pojmy z psychologie rodiny 4. Modely rodinného fungování, význam ve výzkumu a v praxi. Funkčnost rodiny. 5. Metodologická specifika studia rodin 6. Principy rodinné diagnostiky 7. Klinické metody v diagnostice rodiny 8. Testové metody v diagnostice rodiny 9. Teorie rodinného stresu a jeho zvládání 10. Rodinná resilience (odolnost) 11. Rodinná krize 12.
