Course objectives
On the basis of an elementary commentary on the subject and an analysis of sources and literature, the course leavers will be able to characterize essential features of pre-modern town society in Bohemia and Moravia from the 13th to 16th century.

Teaching methods
The first third of the course will consist in an elementary commentary on the subject, the second part in a discussion on the presented texts and the last part in students‘ independent presentations.
