Course objectives
The main objective of this course is to deepen the subject matter of the course called Brazilian literature and focus, first of all, on the XX.th century. The students should prove their ability of interpretation analysing different types of lyrical texts.

Teaching methods
Application of the acquired theoretical knowledge on authentic texts. In the form of a presentation the students show their capability to connect their theoretical knowledge while working with a concrete text.
Assessment methods
For attendance and active participation in the course and after successfully completing an oral presentation where students prove their capability to connect theoretical knowledge with the analysis and interpretation of literary texts.
