Course objectives
ability to define aggression, to describe kinds of aggression and to specify typs of aggressors; ability to orientate oneself in the contemporary issues on the topic of aggression, aggression;
ability to discuss consequences of assault, to explain differences between men`s and woman`s aggression and to think about manners of coping with aggression in individual clients;
ability to describe one`s own relationship to aggression; awareness of one`s own borders and limits;
Syllabus
  • Definition and types of aggression; Differences between aggression and aggresivenes, basic terminology; Etiology and theory of agresivenes; Differences between men and women committing violence; Typology of violence people; Psychology characteristics of victims; Ways of treating other`s aggression; Discussion about contemporary researches and studies.
