Course objectives
Goal: to take up the knowledge obtained in Psychology of education and General didactics; apply the findings to educational and instructional impact of the course ZSV/ON; understand the specific character of the course ZSV/ON for the development of a confident democratic citizen.
Syllabus
  • Topics:
  • 1. The role of ZSV/ON among other general educational subjects at high school.
  • 2. The contents of ZSV/ON: the ration of the disciplines - definition and continuity.
  • 3. The conception of ZSV at grammar school and ON at specialized high schools. Instruction plans and curricula.
  • 4. Specific requirements on teachers of ZSV/ON.
  • 5. Cognitive and affective instructional goals of ZSV/ON.
  • 6. Efficient methods of instruction.
  • 7. Methods of instruction used in standard (compulsory) lessons of ZSV/ON.
  • 8. Specific traits of educational diagnostics and classification in ZSV/ON.
