Prerequisites
In order to be admitted to the seminar, a student must have successfully finished the 4th semester of their studies and obtained the required number of credits.

Course objectives
The aim of the minor B. A. thesis seminar is to provide information, experiences and methodological advices to students, who prepare their minor B.A. thesis.
Syllabus
  • A student, who has chosen the topic for their minor B.A. thesis from the offer of individual teachers, attends the minor B.A. thesis seminar and consults their supervisor about the approach to and the outline of the thesis, about the required literature, technical properties and concrete problems concerning the assigned topic.

Teaching methods
Individual advisor-student tutorial in metodology of writing the diploma thesis: synopsis, introduction, methods of text analysis, argumentation and conclusion.
Assessment methods
The advisor awards the course-unit credit for the semester on the basis of examination of particular parts of diploma-thesis and students ability to work out the advisors comments on it.
