- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to develop writing and oral skills within the business communication in German. By using a number of listening exercises the corresponding vocabulary will be trained (interviews, leaving a message, giving a report, making an appointment, meeting, description of a product, order and reservation, making a complaint, making a claim). In the written part the course focuses on these topics: demand, offer,contract, accepting an order, delivery, delayed payments, notification letters, making a claim. The teacher expects from the students active presence in the seminar (compulsory attendance 75%), drawing up of business letters, oral presentation of products. The students gain the minimum of 70% from the final test.
