- Course objectives
- 1) Understanding concepts such as empathy, congruence, acceptance, etc. 2) Understanding the contradiction between listening in normal conversation and active listening. 3) Acquiring the basic principles for conducting a psychological interview. 4) Observation and reflection training 5) Obtaining and giving feedback.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to: - define and perceive differences between routine conversation and psychological conversation - develop psychological conversation independently - actively apply active listening techniques - be aware of their experiences and somatic reactions during the conversation - focus attention on the psychological processes of contact - reflect
- Syllabus
- 1) Getting to know each other, finding mutual expectations 2) Basic concepts: active listening, empathy, congruence, acceptance, sourcing, paraphrasing, mirroring, mapping, reflection, feedback 3) Training situations for gradual acquisition of basic concepts 4) Training situations for observation training and feedback 5) Complex training situations
