- Course objectives
- Principles of protection and security of cultural objects against fires, natural disasters and unauthorized manipulation. Creation of safety plans.
- Learning outcomes
- - Understanding the causes and consequences of threats, their identification and possible elimination - Knowledge of methods of protection and security of objects of a cultural nature/museums, depositories, castle expositions and other exhibition and storage areas/ - Orientation in the basic areas of health and safety in the workplace - Developing a crisis plan for a cultural organisation

- - Introduction, definition of basic terms, literature - Security of objects with cultural property Spatial and object protection Security systems, EZS Fire protection EPS detection and signalling Means of fighting fire Natural disasters - Conceptual solutions in the field of protection and security Organisational structure of the museum Protection prevention plans Dealing with crisis situations Evacuation of persons and objects Protection of soft targets - Transport of cultural objects/collections
