Course objectives
The aim of the course is to present a set of knowledge and development trends in the area of information services and information needs of users in contemporary society. Attention will also be paid to commercial information services, dissemination models and information retrieval via the Internet.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to: - understand the strategic basis of work on service development, anticipate new opportunities for service development, - put into practice new and sustainable models that will stand out above the mass offer - evaluate the impacts of such models - acquire a proactive approach to organizational development - identify new opportunities for innovation by focusing on the service delivery system as a whole - understand the principles of open innovation - involve customers in the early stages of the development process services to create a network of unique value
