Syllabus
  • The course deals with the interpretation of basic notions of newspaper language such as the headline, text organization (columns and paragraphs), graphic means, advertisements etc. Syntactic structure, choice of vocabulary and cohesion are interpreted with regard to the referential and conative functions of newspaper reporting.
