Introduction, basic terminology - cultural and natural heritage, system of protection in the Czech Republic and abroad. Unesco World Heritage.
Introduction to monument care, terminology, history.
Theory of monument care; different ways in protection and regeneration of monument; restoration, renovation, conservation.
Legal standards, organisation of monuments care.
Archives - terminology, history, organisation, legal standards.
Origin and development of script, forms of writing documents and its development. Book-printing and form of books.
Libraries - Antiquity, Middle Ages (monasteriales, aristocratics, royals).
Librarianship - organisation in modern times, contemporary legal standards in Czech Republic.
Protection of natural heritage, terminology, history, legal standards. Protection of natural heritage in Czech Republic and abroad.
Cooperation between museum, organisations of monument care, archives, libraries and organisations of protection of natural heritage.
