- Concepts of the social philosophy and of the philosophy of history from the half of XIX. cent. till today.
- Syllabus
- 1. Utopianism
- 2. Marxist understanding to the history
- 3. Positivistic understanding to the history (Comte, Mill)
- 4. Irrationalism (Nietzsche a Spengler)
- 5. Structuralist understanding to the history and a man
- 6. The history in the school of Annales
- 7. Neo-Thomistic understanding to the history and society
- 8. The understanding to the history, man, and society in the ecological philosophy
- 9. The history as seen in the theory of post-industrial society (Bell, Toffler)
- 10. Liberalism in the history and today (Hayek)
- 11. Possible schemes of the historical development and the restoration of the believe to the progress (Fukuyama)
- 11. Students will also discuss the systematic terms and questions as revolution and evolution, nature and a man etc.
