Course objectives

By studying different works of Czech and other literatures we will try to define the place of literature for children and youth in the wider context of national literatures, its main features, but above all the connections with fiction as such.

• The place of children books in the work of authors writing mainly for the adults
• - Tendencies in development of the genre
• Coming together children literature and the literature for youth

Požadavky k zápočtu: Přednesení příspěvku v semináři (referát založený na rozboru textu), odpovídající docházka (maximálně tři absence), aktivní účast v diskusi.
