Course objectives
The course is devoted to the fiction works of Julius Zeyer. Students will get a picture about chosen works by Zeyer and about their composition.
Syllabus
After an introduction to works of Zeyer and to his position in Czech literary and cultural context of his time, Particular works will be looked upon: Ondřej Černyšev, Román o věrném přátelství Amise a Amila, Jan Maria Plojhar, Dům u tonoucí hvězdy a Tři legendy o krucifixu.
