Course objectives (in Czech)
Sylabus: 1 Úvod do problematiky, terminologie, základní literatura a osobnosti 2 Archeologické a ikonografické prameny 3 Historické pozadí textilní výroby 4 Organizace práce v před industriálním období (před r. 1850) robotní povinnosti, cechy, faktoři, státní regulativy, manufaktury 5 Tradiční a nové textilní materiály, přehled výrobních technik  výroba příze, výroba tkaniny, výroba pleteniny a jejich úprava, 6 Barvení vzory, formy, dílny, barviva. Techniky - batika a modrotisk. 7 Vyšívání výrobci, techniky, vzory, barvy, funkce. Výrobky a jejich užití 8 Paličkování techniky, výrobky. Sítování, tamburování atd. 9 Aplikace, drhání, 10 Organizace práce v industriálním období (po roce 1850) továrny, zánik rukodělné výroby, Svéráz, ÚLUV 11 Práce s historickým textilem, průzkum, dokumentace, popis, hodnocení 12 Referáty studentů 13 Exkurze do MZM Etnologického ústavu
