Course objectives
The aim of this course is to prepare students for clinical practice. It follow-ups to clinical-psychological courses (Clinical psychology I., Clinical psychology II., Psychotherapy) and is directed at practical facet of psychological and psychotherapeutic work. Students are trained both in seeing external world and in discovering of internal world (introspection).
Syllabus
  • The course is topically divided in two main parts: discovering of the external world and discovering of the internal world. Within the first parts it concerns with all sensual modalities: sight, hearing, olfaction, touch, and taste. The second part, which is more extended, first describes the basic principles of introspection and then deal with the three main areas of introspection - cognitive, somatic, and emotional modality. During lecture students first doing some experiments and then discusses the topic.
