Course objectives
This course will deal with the phenomenon of a game as one of elements in culture as well as an element forming culture. It follows the development (evolution?) of games, of their function and the form since ancient times until today. It introduces the most important conceptions of world's „ludologists". It also shows aspects of a game to be researched in ethnological perspective.
