Overview of polish literature for children developmnet,information about their writers and writing from 19. centrury to this day.
Syllabus
  • Overview of polish literature for children development,information about their writers and writing from 19. centrury to this day,information about some problems, information about magazine and press for children, literatury for children as comparated with literature for adult.

  • Kaniowska-Lewańska, I.: Literatura dla dzieci i młodzieży (do roku 1864)
  • Frycie, S.: Literatura dla dzieci i młodzieży (w latach 1945-1970)
Teaching methods
Lectures, analysis of chosen texts, class discussion, reading of recommended literature.
Assessment methods
Active participation, reading of compulsory literature.
