Course objectives
The discipline intends to analyse the northeastern Brazilian culture through the literary and theoretical texts in order to set out the prejudices, the cultural variety and the impact of the region in the imaginary popular Brazilian. The mark of the course is to allow that the pupils acquire the necessary knowledges to formulate a critical and precise vision about the Brazilian Northeast and of his representations along the decades.
