Course objectives
This course focuses on some of the major contributions toward the study of gender that have been made by feminist anthropologists. Examination of the complex, interrelated topics of sex and gender differences; the psychology of women; the psychology of men; and the social and personal "realities" created by gender interactions.

  • Main themes: - Feminism and gender studies. - Main notions. - Theory of the feminism. - History and specifics in Czech republic. - Martiarchy and patriarchy. - Theory of evolution. - Gender. - Feminism and nurture.
