Course objectives
The course will provide students with knowledge of basic journalism genres. After the course, they will be able to write good critical texts in these genres.

  • 1st meeting: Introduction; critical-analytical texts
  • 2nd meeting: Interview
  • 3rd meeting: Form and content, infotainment
  • 4th meeting Final seminar; discussion; feedback

Teaching methods
The classes are seminars, where students are introduced into main genres. They analyze sample texts and get feedback on their own writings.
