Course objectives (in Czech)
Seminář je věnován literatuře s tatranskou tematikou v obdobích od osvícenství do 2. světové války. Po ukončení předmětu by student měl znát nejdůležitější koncepty vztahující se k problematice tzv. tatranské literatury. Měl by získat hlubší znalosti o tvorbě jednotlivých autorů a umět pracovat s textem psaným nejen polsky, ale i v podhalském nářečí.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • 1. Počátky zájmu o Tatry, průkopnická práce S. Goszczyńského a S. Staszice. Osvícensko-romantické vidění polských velehor.
  • 2. Pozitivistický pohled na Tatry. Odraz tatranské tematiky v dílech H. Sienkiewicze, A. Asnyka a jiných. Mytizace a následná demytizace horalů.
  • 3. Přínos S. Witkiewicze, T. Chałubińského a následná proměna Zakopaného v centrum kulturního života v Polsku.
  • 4. Tvorba vrcholných tvůrců Mladého Polska (K. Tetmajer, J. Kasprowicz, T. Miciński, S. Żeromski.
  • 5. Tatranská tematika v biblicko-národním kontextu.
