At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand and explain basic principles of law system in Czech Republic
work with information on apply in practice
vindicate of using of law in museum practice
Syllabus
  • Introduction, basic terms, literature.
  • History of law, resources, functions of law.
  • System of law, rule, law in practice.
  • Inception and formation of law.
  • Tapes of law.
  • Protection of cultural and natural heritage - basic rules.
  • International law.
