Course objectives
Students will learn the theoretical base and some scoring and interpretative approaches designed to be used with the TAT. At the end of the course, students should be able to work with some of the chosen systems (with limits).
Syllabus
  • TAT among the system of psychodiagnostic methods
  • The specifics of working with verbal projection techniques
  • The history and development of the TAT, alternatives to TAT
  • Stimulus characteristics of individual TAT cards
  • Methods and possibilities of test administration
  • Interpretative and scoring approaches to the TAT
  • Practical work with TAT stories, excercises
