- Course objectives
- The aim is to deepen students in basic psychological skills such as observation, interviewing and active listening techniques. Students on the diverse activities of self-experience and subsequent in-depth feedback will be able to check in which areas of psychological work is their forte, and where the contrary is room for further development.
- Syllabus
- The content will be tailored to meet individual needs of specific students. For better an idea of some possible topics :
- empathy practising;
- different approaches to clients
- interviewing;
- active listening techniques
- basics of crisis intervention
