Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce basics of project management, which are based on standard IPMA.
At the end of the course, students should be able to realize the project, understand all parts of project life cycle and selected IPMA competence
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Předmět je vyučován formou elearningu v interaktivní osnově ISu. Pro výuku dílčích nástrojů je připraveno 5 workshopů, účast na nich je nepovinná. Osnova: 1. úvodní modul 2. úvod do projektového managementu 3. životní cyklus projektu a předprojektová fáze workshop - logický rámec 4. zahájení projektu, tým 5. plánování projektu I. workshop - WBS 6. plánování II. workshop - CPM, plánování zdrojů - histogram 7. realizace projektu 8. ukončení projektu 9. poprojektová fáze 10. řízení rizik workshop - RIPRAN 11. monitorování a kontrola workshop - EVM 12. behaviorální kompetence 13. závěrečný modul

Teaching methods
E-learning course.
The course will take place in 12 weekly modules that will be made ​​available progressively. Each module will be completed with a short test and a task.
The course is open on the interactive syllabus of the course.
Assessment methods
Requirements for completion of the course:
Meet the deadline for the submission of tasks or complete the test. Deadline will be one week from the last day of the module. To pass the course is successful and timely completion of each module. Each test can be repeated once again, and must be fulfilled to at least 80%.
Final task. Final task will be specified in the final module.
