Course objectives
The aim of the seminar will be the realization of a historical and artistic-aesthetic excourse oriented on the compositional and stylistic progressive genre of the song, as it developed under the influence of current stylistic tendencies between the years 1740-1850 in the regions of northern and southern Germany, Czech lands and Austria. The topic of female songwriters will also be discussed and their position in the professional music scene will be transformed.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - a more comprehensive view of this issue - basic knowledge of key personalities of song literature, composers and authors of poetic texts and essential fruits of their creative activity, essential song compositions, cycles and collections
