- - To develop skills associated with academic writing and other forms of mediation of research results
- Independent research and the writing of the dissertation - Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to:
- define terms: academic writing, scholarly text;
- evaluate types of academic text;
- choose an appropriate type of academic text regard to its potential recipients;
- understand current trends in the presentation of research results, including the popularization of science;
- apply the above in writing the dissertation and in other forms of presentation of the research project. - Syllabus
