- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with selected approaches in sports psychology and diagnostics. This is a basic introduction to some of the approaches commonly used and gaining experience with their utilization.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to orientate in the basic approaches used in the psychology of sport. Furthermore, the student will have practical experience in the field of diagnostics, mental training in sports, relaxation and planning of psychological intervention in the sports area.
