Course objectives
Realization of sound recording - music recording in the studio and its processing, i.e. editing.
Learning outcomes
- describe and summarize the important factors in the sound recording of music
- respond to the manifestations or shortcomings of performance in recording
- recognise and analyse the sound quality of a recorded composition
- recognise and analyse the musical quality of a recorded composition

  • - recording space and the location of the performers in it
  • - musical instruments and microphone placement
  • - recording music in the studio and in the natural space
  • - conducting the recording from the position of musical director
  • - processing - editing of recorded material
