The course is intended for high school-educated employees of all types of archives, as well as university graduates in fields related to archival studies (such as records management or administration).

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the basics of archival theory and practice, records management, pre-archival care, digitization of public administration, digital archiving, basic legal principles for archivists, and courses in fundamental historical disciplines necessary for processing archival materials (modern paleography and diplomatics, history of administration, and modern history).
Learning outcomes
Graduates will understand archival work in a broader context.
