To utilise their knowledge of literature and other sources in expert debate

Of basic as well as advanced methodology in the field

- Syllabus
- The final state examination is an oral/written exam.
It comprises several component parts:
- 1) Language:Lexicology and Semantics, Dialectology, Historical development of Italian
- 2) History of Italian Literature and Textual Criticism: you should be familiar with the main authors, works and movements of Italian literature (please see detailed programme in the "study materials" of this course) from an historical-philological point of view.
- A further constituent part is the diploma thesis defence, which must take place before.
- The final state examination is an oral/written exam.
It comprises several component parts:
- Teaching methods
- Final exam with 2 parts: literature, linguistics.
- Assessment methods
- Written and oral exam.
The exam can be taken in the Summer session (June) or in the next Winter session (in the break between Autumn term and Spring term). - Language of instruction
