- Bacterial cell as form of existence of living mater. Organisation in bacterial cell. Function structures of bacterial cell. Bacterial populations. Growth of bacterial population in static culture. Continuous cultures of bacteria. Bacterial metabolism. Energetic metabolism of chemoorganotrophs and chemolitotrophs. Metabolism of photosynthetic bacteria. Biosynthesis of small molecules. Biosynthesis of macromolecules. Metabolic activity of archebacteria. Regulation mechanisms in bacterial cell. Regulation of some metabolic pathways. Enzymes as represors.
