Course Enrolment Limitations: The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
Syllabus: Review of high-school algebra: review of selected notions, basic properties of integers, relations, special types of relations (mappings, order, equivalence). Basic algebraic structures: algebraic structures with 1 and 2 operations and their substructures - basic notions. Vector spaces: vector space over a number field, subspaces, linear dependence and independence of vectors, basis and dimension of vector space.
