Course objectives

Skew and central projection.

Syllabus

Skew projection; points, lines and planes; incidence and metric problems; solids and their cuts by planes. Parallel projection; stereometry. Central projection; points,lines and planes; incidence and metric problems; solids and their cuts by planes. Theorem of Quetelet and Dandelin; cuts of cylinder and cone; central projection of a circle and a sphere.
