Course objectives (in Czech)
Nitrogen atom is an important element in organic, organometallic, and inorganic chemistry as well as in biochemistry. NMR spectroscopy is a sensitive method for studying bonding and electronic properties of nitrogen atom. Various aspects of NMR spectroscopy of N-15 isotope will be discussed.
