Good knowledge of biochemistry, cell and molecular biology are supposed. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is also offered to the students of the fields other than those the course is directly associated with.
- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- there are 10 fields of study the course is directly associated with, display
- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain selected physiological and immunological processes and their regulation thanks to the superstructure of this course that clarifies experimental approaches (both ideological and methodological); answer special questions associated especially with mechanisms of signal transduction within inter- and intracellular communication regulating cytokinetics, i.e. cell proliferation, differentiation and death of specific cell types (stem, hemopoietic, immune, intestinal); understand experimental approaches and logical relations explaining the way of gaining experimental results including working hypotheses.
