Course objectives
The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the skills needed to prepare and deliver short and meaningful presentations on the topic of their bachelor's thesis. Students are expected to deliver short presentations regarding preliminary results of their bachelor's thesis.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students are able to:
- work with scientific literature,
- prepare a presentation on scientific topic,
- deliver presentation of scientific results,
- discuss computational biology scientific topics.

  • Working with scientific literature,
  • Structuring the bachelor's thesis,
  • Students' presentations on progress of their theses,
  • Discussion with teachers and class-mates on scientific topics.

The following is needed for successful completion:
presentation of student´s scientific topic,
presentation of student´s own results,
active participation at 80% of classess.
