- Practical training of calculations in modern of biophysical chemistry techniques
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able not only to analyze current scientific knowledge in the field of experimental biophysical-chemical methods but also to distinguish their possible application into BFCH research.

- Spectral techniques
- 1. Absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis and circular dichroism)
- 2. Luminescence spectroscopy (fluorescence and phosphorescence)
- 3. Vibrational spectroscopy (infrared and Raman spectroscopy)
- 4. X-ray spectroscopy
- 5. Nuclear magnetic resonance and Mass spectrometry
- Techniques focused on thermodynamics, kinetics and electrochemistry
- 6. Thermodynamic methods
- 7. Kinetic methods
- 8. Separation techniques (chromatographic and electromigration methods)
