  • Phyllum Chordata, characteristics, relationships, ancestry and evolution. Subphyllum Urochordata, tunicate larvae, adult Ascidiacea, Thaliacea and Copelata. Subphyllum Cephalochordata, morphology, ontogeny and ecology. Subphyllum Vertebrata, characteristics and system. Vertebrate anatomy, ecology, behaviour and phylogeny. Jawless vertebrates, Agnatha, fossils and living Cyclostomata. Vertebrates with jaws, Gnathostomata, characteristics and system. Fossil fish-like gnathostomes and living Chondrichthyes.
