- Arrangement and role of information biomacromolecules in cell. Biological codes. Forces stabilising the secondary and tertiary structures of information macromolecules. Structures of oligonucleotides in crystals and their conformation polymorphism in solution. Hydration of oligonucleotides. Application of oligonucleotides in medicine. Arrangement of nucleotides in genes. Structure of RNA. Artificial proteins and protein engineering. Artificial genes. Arrangement of nucleotides in genomes. Human genome. Genome of AIDS. Stability of nucleic acids. Interaction of nucleic acids with UV light.
